I remember reading that the Linux diff for Ryzen was very small because its "just" CPU without a GPU and was limited to adding support to northbridge driver and to tread the on-chip I/O like a northbridge with a new PCI-ID and. And a bugfix in the scheduler logic added to improve performance on Bulldozer based AMD system with reduces performance on Zen.
