I think I have seen similar problems on almost all modells of IBM Thinkpad's since TP600 and up to T23.. and in both Windows and Linux so I'll say it's most definatly a hw issue,.. unless they all use the same code for their drivers.... <g> Mvh/Best regards, Arnvid L.
