What is the reason for using "unversion-libgallium=true? Did you read the description of meson.options/unversion-libgallium? My own custom build uses the default setting for unversion-libgallium(=false) and produces libgallium-25.2.8.so. This libgallium-<ver>.so is referenced by libEGL_mesa.so and libGLX_mesa.so.
