Log:
  Remove redundancy cleanup from pool_names_002_neg
  
  tests/sys/cddl/zfs/tests/pool_names/pool_names_002_neg.ksh
  	Don't try to cleanup the disks at the beginning of the test.
  	Cleanup is each test's own responsibility.
