I tested both ktls_ocf and ktls_intel-isa-l. Problem occurred in both cases. I just upgraded to 13.0-RELEASE-p1 with freebsd-update, updated nginx from ports and the problem went away. Tested with both ktls_ocf and ktls_intel-isa-l. I wonder why this happened.
