>Description:
When you boot the machine from the install floppies (kern.flp & mfsroot.flp), choose arbitrary kernel modules, set arbitrary options in the sysinstall "custom" menu and then select commit, the installation routine extracts the distributions to "/" instead of "/mnt/". So it is extracted onto the memory device which results in an error message (File system is Full) shortly after starting to unpack the first distribution because the memory file system has a size of less tham 3MB.
>How-To-Repeat:
see "Full Description"
>Fix:
I just substituted mfsroot.gz on the 4.6 mfsroot.flp image by boot/mfsroot.gz on the 4.6 install CD and it worked perfectly!
