This means only that one of the V4L2 ioctls is not supported in the
Linux emulation; it is perhaps unrelated to your connection problem;

are you using some proxy or Skype over HTTPS; see the protocol connect
and login sequence described in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skype_protocol
and watch with tcpdump what is going on during connect;
