Hi all, I tried booting the latest 200809 snapshot CD, from Sep 10, (8.0-CURRENT-200809-powerpc-bootonly.iso), on a eMac G4 "USB 2.0" (PowerMac6,4). It fails with an "invalid memory access": Booting [/boot/kernel/kernel] ... Kernel entry at 0x100100 ... Invalid memory access at %SRR0: 00100100 %SRR1: 10003030 ok 0> I tried booting by pressing "C" or by "boot cd:,\boot\loader cd:0" several times with the same result, but one time I got a "Decrementer exception" instead of "Invalid memory access". Then I tried the latest 7.1_BETA snapshot and it booted fine! In fact it's installing right now without problems. Thanks, Marco.
