Gentlemen, there was a request for a little help, so either send a message or do not. I think that the freedom to choose from many different products will not be a disadvantage for the users of an OS and probably will help to give more people the opportunity to change their OS. In fact the preassure of lots of user requests is a good way to make hardwaremanufacturers provide information and possibly support.
