If you can't find your laptop in any of the lists,
doesn't mean it won't run on there, just probably
not tested on that model. I've ran 4.2, 4.3 & now
4.4 on my old 4015CDT & had very few problems. Check

Like it says, freebsd runs on most laptops without too
many problems.=20

PLEASE,

can I load and successfully configure Free BSD on
Toshiba laptop Satellite 1555CDS? I am in particularly
interested to use BSD platform to develop securities
applications [Firewall,ISD].Toshiba wouldn't talk to
me, since they support Microsoft.If answer is YES,
which version?
