If they were something more important than just games then of course we'd seek alternatives, the aggressiveness of such seeking being in direct proportion to the magnitude of the problem, and we'd find some sort of solution. That's what you and so many other folks out there just don't seem to get about this whole thing - a successful strategy isn't about drawing lines in the sand and saying "This is my line of death! This line you shall not cross!" since the Libyans have already proven that saying things like that without the sheer might to back it up is only a good way of getting lots of egg (and worse) on your face when someone *does* cross the line.
