Hey, it'd only break TWO trademarks...

The name discussion will be resolved outside the FreeBSD mailing
lists.  Even though there are many people that work/have worked on
*BSD involved, it is not a FreeBSD matter (as long as we avoid
stepping on their trademarks, and this is the same relationship as to
any other random trademarkholder).
