I can reproduce this issue in vmware machine, the device initials normal at
first time, but after `service hostapd restart` command, the issue reproduc=
ed.
When I unplug and plug again, the device working again.

There is another kernel panic issue as the attachment shows, I don't know i=
f it
can be reproduced, just add a record here.

BTW, my device is RTL88EU, freebsd 15.0-current.
