Hi,

Currently, if an apache module port get apache module directory from apxs,
then it will not respect PREFIX. That will beark porttools's test. For example,
p5-CGi-SpeedyCGI.  Are there any better solutions than do a substitution after
configure? Or shall I just leave it as-is?
