	You haven't been listening, have you?  Perhaps some businesses 
don't implement them correctly, but plenty do.  It all depends on the 
company, the nature of the contracts that are signed requiring the 
Chinese walls, etc....

	To use Microsoft as a counter-example that they never work in any 
situation is an exceptionally poor choice of strawman.  You can do 
better than that!
