hi, I fixed bunch of same problems few months ago. Short explanation of this problem can be found in commit log for most of xml's there (i.e. rev 1.7 of report-dec-2001-jan-2002.xml). I think people collecting Status Report submissions need to handle this issue before commiting xml file.
