Well, what has been done:
Update to 5.50:
- gmake needed
- removed unneded settings (MAKE_ENV, MAKE_FLAGS)
- link libpng dynamically (sources still needed)
- URL change: http://www.erdw.ethz.ch/~bonk/hp850/hp850.html
- better adoption to ports mechanism (i.B. ${X11BASE})
- updated pinter in configure script
- sorted printer in interactive configure script by
- printer/non-printer
- printer names
instead of "sort by driver name"
