We have got to start reaching closure on things for the 3.0.0 release. While this fix appears to be OK, we've had too many cases in the past where things like this have screwed up other things. There have been way too many major changes in the last week or so. Maybe we need to go into an immediate FREEZE where all changes MUST be approved by jkh, or commit privs are suspended for a time... I have half a dozen things in my personal tree I've specifically NOT committed because they run the risk of breaking something and are fairly minor bug fixes. Just my two cents... Warner
