That information is in the manual for your monitor. If you don't have
the manual for your monnitor, check the web, or just use one of the
generic defaults, I've had to do that more than a few times, I've used
the setting for 'non-interlaced monitor that can do 1024x768' with good
luck. And set the color depth to 16bit or 24bit, just takes a little
experimenting sometimes, with older monitors.
