Currently there seems to be no display managers that support launching wayland sessions. Most people seem to be launching their wayland sessions from the vt console login itself, or using the x11/ly console login manager. Currently, there is no way to blank the screen when a graphical session is not running. I am using x11/ly on my machines, and eventually the login window is going to burn into my LCD monitor if I can't blank the screen. This wasn't an issue with SDDM etc, since graphical sessions have no problem with screen blanking. So we will either need a graphical login manager that actually supports wayland, or the ability to turn the screen off when no one is logged in... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
