1. You need to have the full /usr/src, already patched to use CAM
2. Get the new PicoBSD Development Kit :-), that is, the script package.
3. You need to edit ${TYPE}/conf/PICOBSD kernel config file to use CAM
devices. NOTE: you'll probably have to remove some other parts (e.g. in
crunch1/crunch.conf) in order to squeeze it in available space.
4. Build and enjoy.
