It's ntpd that wants to use it and I guess does not look like it has a dependency on security/opie port. "Why do you have opie in /usr/obj when you are building 15.0-RELEASE?" Leftover from last 13.0 build. I thought make cleanworld would take care of previous builds in there. My mistake.
