One thing about netcom...

They don't like to supply other ISPs. I've called before, and they asked
if I was to provide access to others. When I answered yes, the guy said
they don't provide access to "competitors". Which I think is a bunch of
B.S.

If anyone out there has a different answer from netcom, let me know.
That's just what I was told by one of their reps.
