Use it approximately every 70 characters, between words:

Ah. Now it's readable. You should, of course, use capital letters
here and there.
3: Use a web browser and access
http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/eresources.html#ERESOURCES-MAIL.
It'll tell you which mailing list is for what. I'd suggest -newbies
and/or -questions for the start. A bit further down the page you
will find instructions for how to subscribe to the mailing list of
your choice. While you have the browser running, check out
http://www.lemis.com/email.html, which will tell you how to write
more legible mail, and http://www.lemis.com/questions.html, which
will give you other tips about how to send mail to the FreeBSD
mailing lists.
