I don't know that. Never had any contact with them about concrete
features. I did talk a little with one of their engineers on a conference
once. I asked them about access to raw devices(through io) when the driver
is not supported by vmware itself.

Do you forsee that in the future or do you think it is worth that someone
else looks into it?
