i am sorry to ask such a simple question but
however hard i have tried i am not getting 'dummynet'
to
work.

i have proxy from which i would like to throttle the
bandwidth of clients.the proxy acts as a router here.

i use the commands
ipfw add pipe 1 ip from any to 10.0.1.0/24
ipfw pipe 1 config bw 100Kbit/s

but i still dont see any reduction in bw.its the same
high bw it used to be.Am i doing anything wrong?
I have read the docs well and i thought the above
commands should work for me.

Thanks in advance,
Vinod
