(*laugh*) I don't know about copyright, perhaps it was a trademark problem? I know that there is a Mitsubishi Triton ute... It's been suggested that the reason they are trying to kill the term is that they are unable to control the use of it, like they can with their registered trademarks... But perhaps I'm just a cynic. :-) (It's the same with the term "P6", they can't stop anybody using that even though they seem to want to. The don't own the registered trademark "P6" according to http://www.x86.org ) > The 'VX' chipset is sometimes referred to as the Triton-III chipset; > you can think of it as the 'HX-lite' chipset perhaps. Yeah.. While it's a little newer than the 430HX, it's a cut-down version. BTW, what is the "new" name for the Orien chipset, the one with the PCI write posting bug on the PPro? Is it the 440FX? Or something else? Cheers, -Peter
