ISDN PRI is costly and may not be the solution, however, ISDN is quite
scalable.  But you don't have to have a PRI to do that.  Check out
Adtrans ISU512 which takes up to 4BRIs and imuxes them together.

That is an extremely effective product, which though I haven't installed
it personally, have spoken with several persons who use it.

The costs of adding BRIs+port charges is probably lower using an ISU512 to
get capacity than going FracT1.
