Sorry... don't understand the logic of the code in the kernel, or of the bug as
reported?  Participants on freebsd-net concurred that this was a regression, so
I believe the bug to be valid.  As to the kernel sources, I can't say.

The FIB code is working correctly for IPv4, so it's only the v6 that seems to
leak routes.
