	for server side, BIND9 is prefered.  for client side, you will be able
	to lookup DNS over IPv6 fine, with the following platforms:
		FreeBSD 4.1 and beyond
		OpenBSD 2.7 and beyond
		NetBSD 1.5 and beyond
		most of KAME-patched platforms
	i'm not sure about other vendor products.

	The KAME patch to BIND8 is for 8.1.2, and 8.1.2 has security issue.
	i was supposed to do a patch for 8.2.x, but i have no time yet to
	finish it...
