Okay, put the modem in fbsd box.  And setup user ppp. When starting
ppp, use the -alias option.  That will give the other machine access
to the internet.  the win95 box needs netbeui and tcp/ip on the
card.  the tcp/ip address for that box needs to be a non active ip
adress, like 10.0.0.1 and something on the fbsd net card.
