Unfortunately it hasn't solved any of my problems with Xfree86 4.0 (freezing the machine if Alt-F<n> out of X and then back in; remapping the Enter to to ScrLock if I terminate X), or with my Synaptics touchpad. I'm feeling brave enough to tackle writing a driver for the latter myself (or hacking psm), but don't know enough about X/syscons interaction to attempt doing mcuh about the X problems. -- Dr Graham Wheeler E-mail: gram@cequrux.com Director, Research and Development WWW: http://www.cequrux.com CEQURUX Technologies Phone: +27(21)423-6065 Firewalls/VPN Specialists Fax: +27(21)424-3656 To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-stable" in the body of the message
