Hello,

Do you think it would be possible to have a pppoe connection with the 
pppd and if pppoe fails the system use the modem automatically after 5 
minutes of unsuccessful pppoe dial attempts and then close the modem 
when pppoe is working again?

Can anybody give some tips or ideas how this can be done?
