1/ we have decided to keep on the releases and not follow the snapshots anymore
for ncurses (this could be challenged)

2/ even if we import a newer ncurses, as we don't have any terminfo db in base
this will not change anything. In base we use a termcap db.

3/ if you want something newer, please install terminfo-db from ports, the
ncurses from base will recognize it and priorize it over the base termcap. The
problem is that db is probably lacking as well xterm-ghostty because upstream
does not release one on regular bases.

4/ create a port only for xterm-ghostty terminfo informations.
