Supporting K&R makes about as much sense as supporting BCPL when there
are K&Rify tools around. (No quips about BCPLify tools, please).
Folk who are adamant about supporting K&R should be expending their
energy in making sure that ${THEIR_FAVOURITE_K&R_CONVERTER} is up to
the task, not keeping ancient crap in a source tree that is crying
out for its removal.
