Synopsis: Problem with make installworld for 5.3-RELEASE-p6

State-Changed-Why:
This is usually a problem if your system time is not set correctly while
installworld runs. If your system clock is not set to UTC, but to the
local time, before you start installworld in single user mode you should
make sure adjkerntz runs:

        # adjkerntz -i

Can you try again by running adjkerntz without your diff, please?
