Peter addressed this on the freebsd-current mailing list. In his untested
patch, change
ln -s ../../sys/$i ${DESTDIR}/usr/include/$i
to
ln -s ../../../sys/$i ${DESTDIR}/usr/include/$i
Or wait for a rev 1.108 of src/include/Makefile . :-)
