I assume that someone with commit priviledges will commit my fix when
it has been proven to actually work, in vivo.

That is, someone with the complaint will have to recompile the library
that is causeing them problems, with the fix in place in errno.h.

When this has been proven to alleviate the problem on at least two
machines, I'm sure the fix will be instantly committed by someone
with the ability to perform commits.
