https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=254696 Bug ID: 254696 Summary: Add .editorconfig Product: Documentation Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Only Me Priority: --- Component: Documentation Assignee: doc@FreeBSD.org Reporter: adridg@freebsd.org Created attachment 223749 --> https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/attachment.cgi?id=223749&action=edit Editorconfig file The documentation primer has a bunch of complicated editor setups -- which seem oriented towards the Docbook format used previously -- and the quickstart describes some specific formatting quirks (indent depths apparently 2-spaces, 4-spaces, 6-spaces, 1-tab, 1-tab-and-2-spaces..). This patch adds an .editorconfig, which (pre)configures editors that support it to follow the 2-space indent depths (although the editorconfig standard doesn't support specifying mixed tabs-and-spaces indenting). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.home | help
