 Because those 'delegate' programs are unnecessary while
 building/installing/running ImageMagick port.
 
 Although Ghostscript should be given special treatment, other
 delegates are just like plug-ins or helper applications for
 Netscape/Mozilla Web browser. Since those ports have no
 dependency to external programs, ImageMagick port should also
 be as such.
