Before installworld, I mv /usr/include /usr/include~ and (for RELENG_4) mv /usr/libdata/perl /usr/libdata/perl~. I noticed that you have to do an installworld TWICE in a jail to get the perl openssl support - this was a bit suprising. - Mike H.
