Please elaborate on which USR TC system. I am having no problems with USR Netservers with Livingstons radiusd-2.0 on FreeBSD-2.2.1. By USR TCH do you mean the hub/chassis and not the Netserver which also has the TC designation? I don't know if the Netserver card in a TC chassis interacts differently with the radius server than the Netserver, however.
