Actually from reading the Linux code it looks like the "Integrated Raid 
controller" needs a CMD_RESUME_BG_ACT.  Use 'idacontrol resume' and see if 
that changes anything...

Ah, you'd have to add some code to 'idacontrol' to submit the command and 
display the results.  I can come up with this code in the evening if you 
don't mind the wait.
