You should definiately do that! 1. The code is in the tree for a long time. 2. Old NFS client/server stays and it is trivial to switch back to them in case of problems. Would be nice to have UPDATING entry for this. 3. This is FreeBSD HEAD only for now, so people should be ready for experimental stuff in there. 4. Would be great to have NFSv4 in FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE.
