EtherLink II is the 3Com 503 and kin. I don't recall if this is the one with the NE2000 driver (many 3Com are) or whether it has its own driver, but it is there. Look at ed0 driver. The 16 refers to the 16-bit version, as opposed to the 8-bit version.
