Hi Y'all, Will some kind soul volunteer to review the kernel component of the Distributed Lock Manager? It is a character device driver with an excercise/test program included. It is short, simple and easy to work with. Although the remote component is still work-in-progress, I feel that the local component is stable enough to be tested an included. The remote lock daemon will be finished in the next few weeks. A kernel-kernel communications over SCSI will be added maybe sooner. These components create the framework for running a database, or anything else that wants to share resources from two instances of FreeBSD. If you are willing to review the code, please let me know and I will provide you with a complete kit; patch, documentation and instructions. Thanx a million. --- Sincerely Yours, Simon Shapiro Atlas Telecom Senior Architect 14355 SW Allen Blvd., Suite 130 Beaverton OR 97005 Shimon@i-Connect.Net Voice: 503.799.2313
