 Please close this PR 60904, it is a duplicate effort to install a 
 BerkeleyDB 4.2 port and duplicates ports/60098.
 
 The original port submission is indeed ports/60098 but eik@ hasn't 
 responded ever since pav@ has assigned responsibility to eik, I believe 
 ports/60098 addresses eik's packaging concerns (the most prominent being 
 "don't just stuff everything into /usr/local/portname").
 
 Oliver, can you either look at the port on short notice or release 
 responsibility to somebody else with testing instructions?
 
 I'll submit a new PR with db42, patch 4.2.52.1 and -nocrypto slave port 
 in a couple of minutes.
