Ok, I realized that the file in question simplay was an old file,
probably left over from an earlier upgrade or install.
I just removed the file, and then ruby compiled fine.
Now, let's find out what other ports have been affected by this file.
Currently upgrading ports again, it is slow, but it will get finished
eventually.
