This is *NOT* how we bootstrap. Our method is:
cd /usr/src
cvs up -Pd
make world
*This* is the procedure we have documented, *this* is the procedure we
have drilled into people's heads. If *this* will not build things, then
the committer needs to do something to work around the deficiencies.

No, maybe committers should try the approved method before being too
ancious to hit that big green [COMMIT] button. I won't even go into the
kdump/ktrace breakage right in this email.
