Welcome to Vincent Tougait <viny@FreeBSD.org> !
Vincent will help the French translation effort, especially for the
web pages, the FAQ and the architecture handbook.
As his mentor, i apologize to him and to Ken Smith for forgetting
that it was my role to activate Vincent's commit bit (D'oh!). And
thanks to Marc Fonvieille for helping me to find the right CVS
access file to modify. May be we should have a meta-mentor for new
mentor... :)
